Happy Spring

And what a beautiful first day of Spring it was yesterday! Temps almost up to 70! I finished my /Stupidly Simple Scarf/Shawl - needs a little blocking, but I love it! Thanks again Chris for the beautiful handspun and dyed yarn! The photo doesn't really show the beautiful colors off to their best.
I'm kind of in a knitting slump now. Time to put away the scarves, neckwarmers, etc. and knit something springy. Any ideas?

Jane, I LOVE it. That is beautiful handspun...even if you're not thrilled with how the colors came out in the pick.

Socks. They are always my go to when the weather gets warmer. And what was that I read about the 70's SEND THEM HERE!!!!

Knit whatever strikes your fancy. Those beer bottle covers kept me entertained for a whole week. Not sure what I'm going to do with them all, but they made me happy. That's what counts!

What a beautiful shawl you made for ME! LOL

I need something easy to do but pretty that I can enter into the County Fair this year and just cannot find a project....the one that I thought about I finally had to face the fact, what with teaching and working, I jsut wont be able to get it finished in time...

Jane,

The shawl is lovely and the colors must be super fab since they look loverly here.

We had a wonderful first full day of spring too. Today is gray.

Maybe you should do some spinning?

Take care!

For spring and summer, I was also going to suggest socks. Two other thoughts are lace things, also dishcloths (quick finishes).
