June SP One Skein Received!!!

I was so excited to see the large envelope in the mailbox this morning - like Christmas, or my birthday! It's a rainy, dreary day here in Maine, and this was just what I needed to cheer me up. I had promised my SP that I would rip the envelope open without looking at the return address (a lot of good it would have done me anyway, as she is very clever at disguising her identity). Inside was this beautiful skein of Cherry Tree Hill, Suri Lace yarn in peacock, and not only that, but a Cherry Tree Hill pattern for a Cockle Shell Scarf, that takes - yup, you guessed it, just one hank of Cherry Hill Suri Lace yarn. I think she must have read my mind (or my blog lol) because I have been trying to come up my next project for the Amazing lace Challenge, and was looking for something a little more challenging than the Airy Scarf I have already made. I think I can actually do this! And knitting with this yarn is going to be such a pleasure. I absolutely love the colors in it. It couldn't be more perfect.
