We got an extra day off today due to not being able to get out of our houses or get the school buses on the roads! It has stopped snowing, but there is a lot of the white stuff out there. This is what greeted me at my front door - it's over my head. I'm using the extra day to ORGANIZE! I'm actually at the point where I can see the top of my computer desk!

Lucky you, Jane! We were also greeted to snow this morning but only 4 inches - nothing compared to what you got! But still enough to shut me down so I am working at home.
OMG all that snow! Luckily it missed me here in Michigan although some places here got lots. Enjoy your snow day!
Wow, Jane, that's a lot of snow! We have snow, and my DD even wore her pj's inside out to have school cancelled, but the roads were plowed so off to school the kids went. I love seeing all of your knitting, and your Christmas celebration, too! And a very belated Happy Birthday!
we only got about 8" All I can say is wow!!
WOW! I can only dream of snow that deep. I am still wearing my teva's- and our snow is only maybe 6 in".
Wasn't that a short break? We get 10 days off, our kids don't go back until next Monday.
Woohoo! I wish we had that much snow.
OMG, I have a serious case of snow envy!!! We have nada, nothing, zilch. It's very disappointing.
On the plus side, though, school here doesn't resume until Monday. Enjoy your (extra) vacation, snow and knitting.
